Core4Fitness provides personal training in your home, at the gym, or in your natural surroundings. Core4Fitness was established in 2012 by Tom Laidlaw. His goal was to provide a personal training service with a difference. Spending over 10 years training and educating himself from elite Alpine Racing, the discipline of Military life and within a Personal Training career, he soon came to realise his passion for the Health and Fitness industry would stick. Core4Fitness was born!
The first focus for Tom was to tailor or his time to suit his clients and achieve their goals. He started with a mobile service to provide the very best home PT programme. This soon grew, along with the brand, and soon Core4Fitness had a strong presence within the local area.
Tom wanted more from Core4Fitness and decided to develop a “Team” ethos. The development of local Boot Camps started. This began to bring current and new members to the team. This allowed all clients to benefit from the support of the team, whether it was motivation from week to week or the confidence and support to take part in local events such as sportive’s and other race events. Tom and Core4Fitness continue to grow and are looking forward to working with new and current clients to improve health and wellbeing within the Surrey and Hampshire area.
My 14 year old daughter has been attending the Thursday “Youth” Classes and always comes home with a smile on her face, always a good indicator of effort expended! Jo and Tom always mix it up for them so they’re always on their toes. A blend of team and solo work adds a competitive element which they seem to thrive on it. Fun and fitness. What’s not to like?
I’ve been using Tom for the last two and a half years and in that time my fitness and well-being has improved beyond recognition. The hill run and boxercise sessions are brilliant fun and add a bit more variety to training. My skiing has been improved along with my new love of road biking.
